From viewing your property, we can make you an offer within a day. If you accept our offer, then we become your tenants. We handle the entire procedure for you, from beginning to end.
We charge absolutely no fees of any kind and guarantee you that there are no nasty hidden charges. We simply guarantee you a rental figure every month for the entire term of our contract.
We have years of experience managing properties. We will manage all tenant inquiries on your behalf and, can provide a light refurb to the property-if necessary. We also keep the property up to current regulations and manage any maintenance on your behalf.
We also hire the services of a fortnightly Gardner and cleaner, to ensure the property is kept in top condition throughout our stay.
